The firm is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is registered
with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, which oversees the auditors of
public companies and other regulated enterprises. We participate in an extensive peer
review of our practice every three years. During a peer review, outside auditors evaluate
our adherence to firm and industry policies and procedures relating to the performance of
our work. Each of our reviews has resulted in an unqualified report, which is the highest
