History. Philosophy. Values
Cohen & Company was founded in 1977 by Ron Cohen. Since that time we
have grown from one office in Cleveland to seven offices in Ohio, and
two in Florida (Tampa & Sarasota). This growth is a testament of
putting the ideas we advocate for our clients into practice for ourselves.
Since we ourselves are an entrepreneurial business, we understand the
unique challenges a business faces throughout its growth and we are in
a unique position to help it succeed.

Cohen & Company has been recognized for excellence by a number of organizations,
both locally and nationally for its growth, profitability and management practices.
Our President and CEO, Randy Myeroff, often speaks on management issues to other
professional service providers nationally. We are consistently ranked one of the
top 10 firms locally and top 100 nationally.

Our story is not complete without explaining our motto, SQIF (Service, Quality,
Innovation and Fun). The four months of tax season are the most critical to our
business. Unfortunately, they can also be the most stressful. That is why our
motto cannot be an empty phrase. We embrace the concept of providing Service,
Quality, and Innovation beyond our clients' expectations. The achievement of
that goal is possible only through providing an atmosphere of Fun, for both
our clients and our employees.
