Ohio Business Gateway Update


Changes were made to the Ohio Business Gateway website last weekend (May 8) and all account passwords were deleted.

For anyone registered and paying tax through the gateway (primarily CAT and Sales tax), you need to login to the website and the system will generate a new password and e-mail it to you. However, issues have been reported with the email being generated. If you do not receive an email with your new password call 888-722-8829 and have your company name and federal ID number available. Since the Ohio Department of Taxation call center is only open until 5pm EST you should get your new password well in advance of your next transaction with the Ohio Business Gateway website.
