Mark E. Schikowski, Cohen & Company

Mark E. Schikowski, CPA Partner Mark is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Accounting and Auditing Services Department. He services a diversified clientele with an emphasis in manufacturing, polymer and processing companies. His clients rely on him for a broad range of business planning issues, including strategic planning, cash flow management and inventory management. He also works with many mutual fund companies and other companies in the investment industry. Mark is the Partner-in-Charge of our internal training and development for our staff, he is also actively involved with scheduling, recruiting, and has developed and leads the firm's Leadership Cohen program. The Leadership Cohen program has been established to develop and groom the future leaders of our firm. Mark is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, where he has served on the Communications with Students Committee. He is past President of the Akron City Club and is on the Advisory Board of the Akron Incubator. Mark is the President of the Akron/Canton Regional Food Bank Foundation, Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Summit County, Secretary of Greenleaf Family Center and previously served as President of the Food Bank Operating Board. His community involvement extends to participating in the Leadership Akron program and volunteering for many events supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. A graduate of John Carroll University, Mark, his wife, Cathy, and their children, Kelly and Daniel, reside in Richfield. In his non-working hours, Mark enjoys building projects, golf and a good game of bocce.
