Beth is focused on providing well-thought out, technical accounting and auditing expertise to clients in user-friendly terms. Her personable style and approachable nature help clients feel immediately at ease when tackling complex subjects that are important to their business.
With more than 20 years of public accounting experience in both national and regional firms, Beth’s background includes working with privately held companies ranging from $15 million to $1 billion in revenue, and private equity and venture capital funds at all different base levels. She serves a number of different industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and transportation, which strengthens her knowledge base into investments held by private equity and venture capital funds, as well as the valuation of such investments. Beth is also part of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Group. She has extensive experience assisting clients through purchase price accounting transactions and complex debt and equity arrangements, which are often common in company acquisitions and private equity deals. Beth enjoys helping clients stay ahead of the curve by researching and developing implementation strategies related to the latest technical pronouncements, including those issued by the Private Company Counsel of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Beth resides in Copley, Ohio, with her husband and their three children. A busy professional and mom, Beth always finds time to volunteer for her daughters’ dance performances with the Ballet Theatre of Ohio. She also enjoys the outdoors, including hiking with her family, working in the flower beds and sitting on a beach listening to the ocean.
