Jack Nece, MAcc

Jack began his public accounting career at a Big 4 firm in 2019, working primarily in public company assurance. In 2021, he joined Cohen & Company’s Advisory Practice and now advises clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions with a focus on quality of historical earnings, working capital requirements, purchase price adjustments, historical margin analyses and beneficial reporting metrics. In addition to transaction services, Jack consults on company transformation efforts and post-acquisition results. He works with a variety of industries, including commercial landscaping and maintenance, manufacturing, fire safety, wholesale and distribution, and B2B professional service providers.

A Northeast Ohio native, Jack enjoys spending time on the golf course with friends, pursuing his passion in sports photography, watching a rugby test match or grilling on his deck outside. When he’s not with friends or family, Jack is likely hanging out with his dog.
