Jason is a former accountant, who now focuses on all things finance transformation related. Among his passions are helping clients optimize close processes and providing better insights to leadership teams.
As an accounting and consulting professional with extensive experience, Jason assists companies and their stakeholders in managing financial risks encountered at various points during the life of the business. Specifically, he helps clients throughout the transaction lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, with business transformations, and through accounting and financial reporting regulatory changes.

Jason lives in the Cleveland, Ohio, area with his wife and three kids. He enjoys coaching his boys’ hockey teams, boating and traveling. Quality seafood and a Marriott chain property are among Jason’s only requirements for an exciting travel adventure.
