Jayne Callahan, CPA, MSA

With a direct and honest personality, Jayne approaches each engagement in a straightforward and efficient way that keeps clients informed of progress and any issues as they might arise. 

Since beginning her career in public accounting in 2018, Jayne has developed expertise in state and local taxation. Specifically, she focuses on state and local nexus, apportionment, sales factor sourcing methodologies, withholding and composite considerations, and structuring. Jayne also helps clients stay updated and compliant with the ever-changing state tax laws. She primarily works with private companies.
