Jessica DeLuke

Jessica is focused on delivering efficiency, effectiveness and value to the firm’s clients. As a member of the firm’s internal operations team, Jessica helps ensure that Cohen & Company is a financially fit organization, with an eye toward ensuring employee and client satisfaction in all recommendations and processes.

In her role, Jessica analyzes data and processes related to production to create, document and improve internal processes and reporting. Her 20-plus years of experience includes five years in practice primarily with not-for-profits and service companies, and 15 years serving in lead roles in the finance departments of several entrepreneurial healthcare organizations. Additionally, Jessica has extensive experience in process creation, analysis and strategic planning, and has led the financial due diligence and implementation efforts for various mergers and acquisitions.

Jessica, her husband and their two dogs live in Kent, Ohio. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, boating, traveling and spending time with family – including her daughter, who is attending college in Savannah, Georgia.
