Ken has more than 15 years of experience working with companies in both advisory and assurance roles. With a background that includes national firm experience, Ken has advised a wide range of clients on both buy-side and sell-side business transactions. He focuses on areas such as quality of historical earnings, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements to maximize value for clients. Ken has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, professional services, and transportation and logistics.
Ken lives with his wife and their twins in Bay Village, Ohio. When he isn’t spending time with his family and friends, Ken enjoys getting out and enjoying nature, including skiing, kayaking, hiking and golf. He also loves to support great causes — such as the March of Dimes, Wounded Warrior Project and American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
