Kenny Hanna, CPA, MSA

Clients know they can rely on Kenny to provide timely, quality work. While he thrives in a fast-paced environment, his analytical style of thinking allows him to dig deep and help maximize value for clients. 

Kenny began his public accounting career in 2018 working in assurance at a Big 4 accounting firm. Presently, he works in Cohen & Company’s Advisory Practice, advising clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions with a focus on quality of historical earnings, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements. Kenny’s client base spans a wide variety of industries, including consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and retail.

Kenny is a Northeast Ohio native and avid fan of Cleveland and Notre Dame’s sports teams. He loves rooting for the Guardians at Progressive Field during the summer and attending football games at Notre Dame Stadium in the fall. When he isn’t spending time with his family and friends, Kenny enjoys playing basketball or softball.
