Lisa Long, CPA, MST

Lisa is focused on learning — taking a special interest in understanding clients’ businesses and sharpening her technical tax knowledge to impact each of their unique situations. But creating a personal connection is what brings it all together for Lisa, whether she is getting to know clients or helping her team learn and grow. 

Since beginning her public accounting career in 1998, Lisa has focused on providing tax services to inbound and U.S. based alternative investment funds and private equity funds. She provides guidance related to the tax impact of investments, tax allocations, compliance requirements and structuring. Lisa works with funds with different strategies, including fund-of-funds, commodity pools and family office investment partnerships. Her background also includes serving U.S. mutual funds.

Lisa lives in Mequon, Wisconsin, with her husband, twins and cat. She enjoys reading, cooking, cheering on her kids’ college teams and traveling. Lisa’s favorite travel destinations are the British Virgin Islands and Europe.
