Natalie Magaña, CPA

With a keen eye for detail, Natalie is passionate about finding ways to improve internal processes, while managing projects and connecting with her team. She approaches client work with a similar dedication, and enjoys building relationships with business owners and their teams. 

In addition to her career in public accounting, which began in 2008, Natalie spent seven years working in the private sector. Her primary focus and expertise lies in tax compliance and planning for partnerships and limited liability companies (LLCs) in the real estate and professional service industries. Specifically, she assists clients with tax accounting principles, taxation policies and income tax procedures.

• Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Cleveland (Communications Committee)
• Former Finance and Membership Development Adviser for Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity at Baldwin Wallace University 

Natalie lives in Independence, Ohio, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her large extended family and unwinding at the lake in Lakeside, Ohio. Natalie and her family also enjoy DIY projects, traveling, bike riding and experiencing the Cuyahoga Valley National Park right in their backyard.
