Ray spends a considerable amount of time conducting tax planning for privately held companies and their owners in the manufacturing, distribution and real estate industries. He is a valued resource and regularly assists colleagues with international inbound and outbound tax issues, including entity structuring, disclosure of foreign assets, export tax incentives and foreign tax credit maximization. In the process of assisting clients with international tax matters, Ray works closely with the firm’s expansive network of international affiliates.
