Robert believes that the best part of his job is when he can listen and help solve problems. His experience in the public accounting space and in working closely with the SEC and PCAOB over the years have made him extremely detail oriented and focused on clients’ needs.
Robert has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, including over 20 years at a Big 4 firm where he provided valuation opinions for tax, financial reporting, dispute advisory, gift and estate purposes, and M&A activity. In addition to business valuations, he has extensive experience in the valuation of intangible assets, intellectual property, option valuations, equity allocations and goodwill impairment. Robert has served clients in a wide range of industries, including automotive, technology, media, manufacturing, financial services and food and beverage.
Robert is married with three children and lives in the western suburbs of Chicago and is active on local church boards and not-for-profit boards in the area. He and his wife were licensed foster parents when their own children were younger, often having a family of five and enjoying it.
