Sarah enjoys working collaboratively with clients to deliver a high quality work product and deliver value in the compliance process and through consulting projects.

Sarah has specialized in taxation for her entire 20-yearlong career. She has expertise in state income and franchise tax consulting and compliance for public and private companies. Sarah has extensive experience in helping clients prepare their state income tax provisions, managing large state income tax compliance projects and identifying savings opportunities. Her background includes working with a wide variety of industries, complex organizational structures and legal entity types, including corporations and partnerships.

Sarah lives with her husband and three children in Broomfield, Colorado. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and playing tennis. Sarah loves to be with her family, whether she is coaching her daughter’s basketball team or cheering on her son at his ninja warrior competitions.
