Scott Zielaskiewicz, CMI

Scott has focused on state and local taxes since beginning his career in 2009, which includes experience in public accounting, consulting and private industry. He conducts nexus and risk assessment studies and advises on voluntary disclosure agreements and audit defense projects. Scott’s expertise also includes due diligence reviews for buy- and sell-side, refund or recovery services, state and local tax compliance reviews, and taxability studies or reviews, including on-site tours of facilities to help ensure proper controls are in place. 

Scott and his wife reside in Port Clinton, Ohio, with their two dogs and cat. A die-hard Cleveland sports fan, he also loves watching and playing golf. Scott and his wife enjoy traveling — with some of their favorite experiences including Hilton Head Island, all-inclusive cruises and Key West. They had a destination wedding in Key West, where 30 of their closest friends came for a weeklong celebration!
