Trinette Simon, CPA

Trinette brings a spirit of collaboration and team to the firm’s inclusion initiatives. Previously serving as an auditor at the firm and head of its Employee Benefit Audit Group for several years, her understanding of the firm and relationships throughout are critical to helping it continue to evolve.

With a goal of ensuring inclusion is and remains an integral part of the firm’s culture, and aligned with the firm’s strategic plan, Trinette works closely with the firm’s partners, leaders, managers and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in Action) Team to embed inclusivity into hiring practices, learning initiatives and decision-making processes. This includes providing all employees with meaningful education to bring about awareness and change.

Trinette enjoys traveling, watching football and shopping. But shopping is a sort of a sport in itself for Trinette. She gets a thrill out of bargain shopping and always finds the best deals around. Trinette resides in Youngstown, Ohio, with her daughter.
