Vince Curttright, CPA

Building relationships and personal connections in his role as a trusted adviser to clients and as a mentor to those he works with is what drives Vince each day. He develops key relationships through earnest listening, and values respect, integrity and following through on his commitments — while emphasizing teamwork and having fun along the way.

As partner in charge of Cohen & Company’s assurance services, Vince is responsible for the execution of strategy, delivery of client service, and development and retention of talent related to all assurance services. In addition, Vince specializes in providing audit services to public and private entities operating in the investment industry, including hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, interval funds, commodity pools, collective investment funds, registered investment advisers. His experience also includes initial public offerings and registration statements on Form S-1 and periodic reporting on Forms 10-Q and 10-K. Vince works with clients ranging from emerging managers to multi-billion dollar entities, including domestic and offshore vehicles across a variety of trading strategies and asset classes, including long/short equities, international, derivative instruments, alternative credit, fixed income, private equity and more. He works closely with his clients’ attorneys, administrators, custodians, prime brokers and other service providers.

Vince resides in Deer Park, Illinois, with his wife and two sons. When he’s not running between school and sporting events with his family, Vince enjoys spending time on the tennis courts and golf course.
